What are Spiritual Baths?

Spiritual Baths clear your mind, align your energy, heal your body, and soothe your soul.

You can use these baths to summon the Orishas. You can also use these baths to manifest your daily needs and goals that you'd like to accomplish through Orisha's prayer and worship.

Here are three steps to get you started!

Step One: Set the tone with Sage.

• Open some doors or windows in every room of your home to allow the negative energy to exit your space.

• Light your Sage.

• Wand your Sage from your head to your feet.

• Then wand the Sage in every room of your home.

• When finished, spray something sweet in every room you Sage in to keep the negative energy from returning to your space.

You can create your spray by using a sweet oil of your choice, some water, and pouring it all into a spray bottle.

Step Two: Set the mood with calming essentials.

To set the mood with calming requirements, you'll need the following items:

1. Aroma therapeutic scented candles (for every room)

2. Wine (or your choice of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage)

3. Accentuating lingerie or bathrobe

4. A music speaker

5. A soothing music playlist

   • Put on your accentuated robe to feel sexy. You'll also linger in this robe for bedtime after you've exited the bathtub.

   • Light up your candles and place them safely in areas of every room in your home for aromatherapy.

   • Pour your glass of the selected beverage and place it by the tub for easy access.

   • Turn on your speaker and crank out the soft sounds of your favorite reclining music.

Step Three: Prepare for a Spiritual Bath.

1. Calm-scented Epsom salt

2. three of your best-smelling essential oils.'

3. A 16 oz. cup of water

4. A bouquet

5. Chakra Crystals

6. Orisha Offering (If you're interested)

Elgua: Removes all obstacles.

• Colors: Red & Black

• Offerings: Rum, Chili peppers, Tobacco

• Chakra Crystal: Turquoise (Throat)

Yemaya: Makes you fruitful.

• Colors: Blue & White

• Offerings: Red palm oil, Coconut oil

1. Fill up a 16 oz. Cup of water and add as many drops of essential oil in the cup as you desire.

2. If you'd like to make an intended offering to your Orisha, include it in your 16 oz—Cup of water, along with the essential oils.

3. Take the cup and the Epsom salt and pour it all into the bathtub.

4. Cut up your bouquet and spread them out in the tub. Another way to summon a specific Orisha is to purchase the flowers in the same colors as the Orisha you'd wish to invoke.

5. Set your Chakra Crystals for your intended Orisha on the side corners of the tub to align your energy.

6. Finally, undress, unwind, sit back, and enjoy your soothing Spiritual Bath.
