From Heartbreak to Healed Energy

Having a big heart is a blessing and a curse. When people know that your heart is big, they'll abandon you at any moment and assume that they can hang you up on a shoe shelf to wear whenever you're convenient. Having a big heart lead to constant heartbreak after heartbreak.

Abandonment and heartbreak are brutal when it's constantly happening because you can't seem to heal from one heartbreak before another. It can be from family, friends, and significant others.

You think you're less than perfect or that something is wrong with you because you're constantly meeting people that don't value your loyalty or genuine good heart.

I'm here to tell you that there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. You attract people who abandon you or come and go as they please because they feel your heart is so big that once you forgive them, people will be able to come back around you whenever they feel like it or when it's beneficial to them.

You can still have a big heart but make sure it's closed off to people who don't value your love. Only share your big heart with people that share there's with you.

It's time to heal your heart and be more protective of it. Sometimes healing includes grieving the loss of connections and simply crying it out to get it out of your system.

You will grieve and feel as if your world is ending. As time passes by and you settle into your new life without the people you thought you couldn't live without, you'll begin to realize that your heart is no longer heavier just from thinking about these individuals and that you are, in fact, "Doin Just Fine" without them in your lives.

Once your heart shatters, you feel like you'll never bounce back. Still, out of nowhere, you realize that you have bounced back without even noticing, and you'll be more determined than ever to never open your heart up to the wrong people and make the same mistakes again.

You got this. You will be okay.
