- Just because we choose to cultivate solitude amongst your presence does not presume us as mentally unstable.
- Black women are usually always the minority between race and gender in most professional environments. So the best way to protect our energy is to keep to ourselves.
- You cannot force your association nor friendship upon us. We only choose to associate with those who are naturally comfortable around us, and we are around them.
- Black women deal with unnecessary disrespect on a daily.
- People are typically intimidated by us because we are strong, bold, fierce, and resilient women unpretentiously.
- When we threaten people, they'll usually attempt to intimidate us first without reason. We are then forced to defend ourselves, which changed our title to "The Angry Black Woman."
- To avoid these daily confrontations, we preserve our vitality by resisting unwanted attention and all its notoriety in professional environments where we are the minority.
To put it in simpler terms for you
- Black women are not angry because they're not bending backward to kiss your ass.
- Black women are not mentally unstable because we choose not to sit at your table and partake in your "Good Ole' Boy" system.
- Black women are bosses by nature that do not need acceptance, assurance, nor guidance from anyone.
- Black women have no desire to fit in.
- Contrary to popular belief, Black women are the standard of everything amazing in this world, and we know it.
- So we celebrate it amongst ourselves. Let us have an eternal moment.
- You are not entitled to our "Black Girl Magic" movements.
- You are not entitled to our "Black Girl Power."
- You are not entitled to our "Strong Black Woman" mentality.
- You are not entitled to our Shea Butter.
- You are not entitled to our culture.
You are not entitled to the Black woman's existence.
